We are seeking an experienced Playwright with expertise in AI technologies and a solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) frameworks. The ideal candidate will blend creativity and technical skills to innovate storytelling in theater.

Responsibilities

- Develop original plays and scripts leveraging AI technologies to enhance narrative complexity and audience engagement.
- Utilize Test-Driven Development (TDD) frameworks to ensure high-quality, maintainable code in interactive theater applications.
- Collaborate with directors, actors, and technical teams to integrate AI tools into live performances effectively.
- Research and analyze audience feedback to iterate on scripts and improve overall production quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends in theater, AI,



and software development to innovate and refine the creative process.

Skills and Qualifications

- 8-10 years of experience in playwriting, script development, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies and their application in creative storytelling.
- Proficient in programming languages relevant to TDD frameworks, such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- Experience with various TDD tools and methodologies, ensuring code quality and effective testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in playwriting and any AI-driven projects.
