ValueMomentum is hiring a QA Automation Engineer – Playwright to join our Quality Engineering team. The role focuses on building scalable automation solutions for enterprise applications using Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, API Testing, and CI/CD practices.

Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain is preferred. Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build and enhance scalable UI & API automation frameworks.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity,



and end-to-end testing.
- Develop API test scenarios using REST/SOAP services and validate responses.
- Analyze requirements, create test cases, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Validate P&C; Insurance workflows including Policy, Claims, Billing, and Underwriting.
- Collaborate with QA, development, product, and business teams in Agile environments.

Required

Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Software Testing & Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience in API Testing, automation frameworks, Git, and CI/CD integration.
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, and Defect Management.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Valuable to Have:
- Experience in P&C; Insurance domain.
- Exposure to Guidewire, Duck Creek, or similar insurance platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud testing environments and DevOps practices.
