You do is by helping build the Workplace Decision Category by identifying, inviting, and assisting experienced professionals.

Bring working professionals onto abAgeyKya™. Professionals simply sign in to abAgeyKya™ at no cost using their own IMTAH™ Trust ID. They can safely and securely seek clarity on workplace issues and other live decision categories.

Project Brief:

Employees often face workplace issues such as office politics, bias, abuse, harassment, and many others. These issues usually receive attention only after they cause harm, leaving employees with few unbiased options to make informed decisions beforehand.

Role Description:

Platform Partners help build and grow Decision Categories. Through research, analysis, and outreach, they identify, invite, and support experienced professionals, individuals, and businesses to participate on the platform. They help ensure before anyone enters every Decision Category remains trusted, accountable, and focused on delivering genuine Decision Clarity.

By building a trusted ecosystem, they enable Decision Seekers to find clarity without feeling sold to, Decision Responders to build Reputation Assets through their Decision Clarity Portfolio and Merit Signals while unlocking future opportunities, and Decision Partners to strengthen and expand the category.

Qualifications (Valuable to have)

- Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Experience in stakeholder management, client communication, and expectation setting in hiring contexts.
- Strong analytical and advisory skills to clarify role requirements and present unbiased hiring options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex decisions simply.
- Demonstrated integrity, respect for all applicants, and commitment to non-discriminatory, human-centric hiring.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, platform-based environment with strong self-organization.
- Familiarity with digital tools and recruitment platforms; prior experience in consulting or HR is an advantage.
- Relevant education or professional background in HR, recruitment, talent consulting, or related fields is beneficial.
