Job Title: Plant Operations Supervisor

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising day-to-day plant operations, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality and safety standards, and optimizing manpower and equipment utilization to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily plant operations and production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive maintenance activities
- Allocate manpower efficiently and supervise shop-floor teams
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Stores, and Supply Chain departments
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and quality standards
- Monitor inventory of raw materials and production consumables
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce downtime
- Prepare daily production reports, shift reports, and operational MIS
- Train and guide operators and production staff on best practices

Skills Required:





- Strong knowledge of plant operations and manufacturing processes
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and quality systems
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Qualification & Experience:

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- 3–8 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in manufacturing plants, engineering industries, consumer goods, automotive, electronics, or industrial production
- Knowledge of production planning, machine operations, preventive maintenance, and safety management

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
