Role & responsibilities

- Attend preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, MCC/PCC, motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors and control circuits.
- Maintain VFDs, starters, PLC-related electrical systems and machine control panels.
- Carry out electrical maintenance of OSD process and packing equipment like ;Fluid Bed Dryers ,Blenders, Tablet Compression Machines, Coating Machines, Capsule Filling Machines, Packing/Blister machines
- Perform cable laying, termination, panel wiring and equipment installation/modification.
- Carry out inspection and maintenance of lighting, earthing and electrical safety systems.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime.
- Follow GMP, EHS, SOP and safety requirements during maintenance activities.
- Complete maintenance records, breakdown reports and PM checklists

- Rapid Mixer Granulators

- Fluid Bed Dryers

- Blenders

- Mills and sifters

- Tablet Compression Machines

- Coating Machines

- Capsule Filling Machines

- Conveyors and packing machines
- Execute equipment installation, modification, shifting and commissioning activities.
- Carry out basic fabrication, drilling, grinding and fitting work where required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Knowledge of industrial motors and control circuits.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of PLC, VFD and HMI.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Experience in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP documentation and secure maintenance practices.
