Planning & Optimization - Lead manpower planning, budgeting, deployment, and productivity improvement.

- Drive workforce sourcing, retention, manpower optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Manage contractor performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. 2.

Industrial

Relations & Plant HR - Oversee plant HR operations, employee relations, and industrial harmony.

- Manage grievances, disciplinary processes, workforce contingencies, and engagement programs.
- Support career progression, rewards & recognition, and workforce effectiveness.
- Compliance & Government Liaison - Ensure adherence to labour laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage licenses, audits, inspections, and statutory documentation.
- Act as liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Performance & Capability Development - Drive performance management, appraisals, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Identify skill gaps and implement technical, behavioral, leadership, and compliance training.
- Administration & Facility Management - Manage plant administration, facilities, security,



transportation, canteen, and welfare services.
- Oversee infrastructure projects, maintenance, and administrative cost optimization.
- Cost & Productivity Management - Monitor manpower, contract labour, overtime, and administrative costs.
- Lead productivity improvement, cost optimization, and automation initiatives.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce efficiency programs.
- MIS & Analytics - Develop HR and administration dashboards and reports.
- Track workforce productivity, attrition, compliance, costs, and contractor performance.
- Leverage analytics for decision-making and planning.
- Governance & Audit - Oversee contract labour wage processing, vendor payments, and statutory remittances.
- Ensure audit readiness, documentation control, and system compliance.
- Collaborate with EHS teams to strengthen workplace safety.
- Team Leadership - Lead and develop the HR & Administration team.
- Drive performance, capability building, accountability, and continuous improvement.
