Role & responsibilities

1. Candidate will be based at Plant location of reputed Pharmaceutical Company in South India and will be responsible for entire plant operation of Injectable / Parenteral facilities (Glass Bottle LVP/SVP), Glass injection, Infusion lines, OSD, and ensuring smooth production, regulatory compliance, quality standards, safety, and achievement of business targets.
2. Candidate will be responsible for managing overall plant operations, including Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance functions.
3. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EU GMP, cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
4. Candidate will be responsible for coordinating with Supply Chain and Planning teams to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and production resources.
5. Candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety, health, environmental (EHS), and statutory compliance standards across the plant.
6. Candidate will be responsible for handling regulatory audits, customer inspections,



and ensuring audit readiness at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should be B.Pharam /M.Pharma with 2025 years’ experience in out of 2-3 yrs experience in Plant Head / Site Head handling injectable and OSD Plant
2. Candidate should have good experience in working on Parenteral (Glass Bottle LVP/SVP) Glass injection, Infusion lines and Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing operations.
3. Candidate should have positive knowledge of EU GMP, cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and company policies.
4. Candidate should have good knowledge of Tofflon/Truking Parenteral manufacturing machines.
5. Candidate should have good knowledge of production planning, plant operations management, and manufacturing best practices.
6. Candidate should have good knowledge of leadership and team management practices to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
