Role & responsibilities

- Lead overall plant operations, including Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, Stores, and Supply Chain.

- Drive production planning and execution to achieve output, productivity, quality, and delivery targets.

- Optimize plant resources, manpower utilization, machine efficiency, and operational costs.

- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, statutory regulations, and environmental, health & safety standards.

- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Monitor plant KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operational efficiency.

- Lead CAPEX planning, budgeting, and execution for plant expansion, modernization, and current equipment installation.

- Oversee quality management systems, customer complaint resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and process validation.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Procurement, SCM,



HR, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless plant operations.

- Establish annual operating plans, budgets, and cost control measures to improve profitability.

- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.

- Ensure timely customer deliveries by maintaining production schedules and effective inventory management.

- Coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits while ensuring regulatory compliance.

- Drive supplier quality improvement initiatives and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

- Identify operational risks and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and overall business performance.
