Position: Plant head – Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee overall plant operations to drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and performance.
- Manage production, inventory, dispatch, and supply chain activities for seamless operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost reduction programs.
- Collaborate with management and department heads to achieve organizational objectives.
- Recommend and implement operational strategies to enhance plant performance and ROI.
- Lead vendor development, negotiations, and procurement activities.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor plant performance, maintenance activities, manpower utilization, and budget controls.
- Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business and operational targets.
