Qualification:

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Mandatory
- Post Graduation (NICMAR / M.Tech / MBA Operations / Construction Management) – Mandatory
- PMP / Primavera Certification will be an added advantage

Experience:

- Minimum 18+ years of experience in Planning & Project Controls
- Must have handled Residential, Commercial & Mixed-use Building Projects
- Experience in coordinating with multiple regional offices is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Corporate Planning function across multiple regions and projects
- Coordinate with 6 Regional Offices for planning, monitoring, and project control activities
- Monitor execution and planning of multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
- Handle projects with individual project values exceeding 500 Cr
- Review baseline schedules, catch-up plans, recovery schedules, and resource planning
- Ensure standardization of planning systems, MIS, dashboards, and reporting formats across regions
- Conduct weekly/monthly project review meetings with regional and project teams
- Analyze project delays,



critical paths, productivity trends, and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with Execution, Procurement, Contracts, QS, and Management teams for project progress tracking
- Drive project monitoring through Primavera P6 and advanced reporting systems
- Support management with project status reports, forecasts, and strategic planning inputs
- Ensure adherence to timelines, cost controls, and organizational planning standards

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in Primavera P6 & MSP
- Corporate/HO Planning exposure
- Multi-project monitoring experience
- Solid analytical and leadership capabilities
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Expertise in Project Controls, MIS, Recovery Planning & Delay Analysis
