Are you a skilled project planner with a passion for driving large-scale energy projects from concept to commissioning? Belding Group's BESS Division is looking for a Planning Manager to lead scheduling, resource planning, and supply chain coordination for our 50 MWh to multi-GWh Battery Energy Storage System projects.

What you'll own:

?️ Master project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)

? Procurement & supply chain critical path integration

⚠️ Risk identification and mitigation planning

? Cross-functional coordination across engineering, procurement & manufacturing

? Portfolio planning and milestone reporting to leadership

What we're looking for:





✔️ 8–12 years in project planning/management

✔️ 3+ years in manufacturing or EPC environments

✔️ Advanced MS Project/Primavera skills

✔️ Proven track record of on-time, on-budget delivery

? Reports to Head of BESS | Supervises Procurement Manager

? CTC: Best in the Market
