Job Title: Project Planning Engineer / Project Controls Engineer Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project schedules and baseline plans.

- Monitor project progress, identify schedule slippages, and implement recovery plans.

- Coordinate with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning teams for progress updates.

- Prepare look-ahead schedules, weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and client reports.

- Monitor resource utilization, productivity, and project performance.

- Support project forecasting, cost monitoring, and management reporting.

- Maintain planning documentation and project control records.

Preferred Experience

- Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) foundation works

- Internal roads & crane pads

- WTG erection & commissioning

- Electrical infrastructure, substations, and transmission lines

Experience

- 5 10 years in project planning, scheduling, and project controls for EPC, Infrastructure, Power, or Renewable Energy projects.





- 3 5 years of experience in Wind Power or large industrial construction projects.

Education

- Bachelors Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.

- Preferred: Certification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Planning & Scheduling (PSP).

- Primavera P6 / Microsoft Project

- Advanced MS Excel

- CPM, EVM, Project Controls

- Resource & Cost Loading

- Risk Management

- Delay Analysis & Recovery Planning

- EPC project planning and reporting
