We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Placement Manager to lead our career services and campus recruitment operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our students/candidates and top hiring partners. You will be responsible for building strategic corporate partnerships, organizing placement drives, and preparing candidates to successfully transition into the workforce.

​Key Responsibilities

​1. Corporate Relations & Business Development

​Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with HR teams, recruiters, and industry leaders.

​Identify and pitch to potential hiring partners to expand corporate network and job opportunities.

​Manage end-to-end recruitment drives (on-campus, off-campus, and virtual).

​Match candidate skill profiles with job requisitions from partner companies.

​2. Student Training & Career Counseling

​Conduct career counseling sessions to guide candidates on industry expectations and career pathways.

​Organize mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and soft-skills training programs.





​Track individual candidate readiness and address skill gaps before sending them for interviews.

​3. Operations & Analytics

​Maintain comprehensive databases of hiring partners, candidate profiles, and placement records.

​Track and report key metrics (e.g., placement rate, average CTC/salary package, top hiring domains).

​Gather feedback from employers after interview drives to continually refine training curriculums.

​Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

Experience-3+ years in campus placements, talent acquisition, corporate relations, or HR recruitment.

Core Skills-Corporate networking, negotiation, career counseling, relationship management.

ToolsProficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools,)

Soft Skills-Excellent verbal and written communication, leadership, and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹2,230,032.44 per year
