We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Executive to support our student placement activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with companies, coordinating recruitment drives, maintaining placement records, and ensuring smooth communication between employers and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to identify placement opportunities for students.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and hiring organizations.

- Coordinate campus placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and employer interactions.

- Communicate job openings, interview schedules, and placement updates to students.

- Maintain accurate placement records, company databases, MIS reports, and hiring data.

- Identify and onboard new organizations for internships and full-time recruitment opportunities.





- Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely closure.

- Support the Placement Team in achieving placement targets and strengthening industry engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers are applicable for paid Internship

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 1–2 years of experience in Placement Support, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluent English.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain records accurately, and work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
