Avodha EduTech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Placement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating placement activities, building relationships with employers, and supporting students throughout the placement process.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate placement drives and interviews.
Connect with companies to generate placement opportunities.
Assist students with interview scheduling and placement updates.
Maintain placement records and candidate databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth placement activities.
Follow up with employers and candidates regarding hiring status.
Achieve placement targets and maintain employer relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
