Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive Location: Chennai – Velachery Shift: General Shift Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, handle customer calls, explain products or services, and support the sales team in converting inquiries into business opportunities. The role requires strong communication, regular follow-ups, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing leads.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products/services clearly and answer basic queries.
- Follow up on leads regularly to improve conversions.
- Maintain call records, lead status, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and updates.
- Meet daily,



weekly, and monthly calling targets.

Desired

Qualifications - Any graduate or undergraduate.

- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
- Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Language

- English.
- Hindi - Will be an added advantage - Tamil Requirements:
- Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented.
