Job Title: Piping DesignerJob Description The Piping Designer will create and develop pneumatic and hydraulic piping systems and associated sheet metal brackets using Siemens NX. This role focuses on accurate 3D design, detailed drawing creation, and release-ready documentation to support efficient manufacturing and truck assembly processes while adhering to established piping design guidelines.

Responsibilities - Design pneumatic and hydraulic piping systems using Siemens NX, ensuring functional, protected, and efficient layouts.

- Develop sheet metal brackets to support piping installations and related components.
- Create detailed drawings for piping, brackets, and assembly-level installations that are clear, complete, and compliant with internal standards.
- Prepare release-ready design packages, including all necessary drawings, documentation, and specifications for manufacturing and assembly.
- Apply a strong understanding of piping manufacturing processes to design components that are practical, cost-effective, and easy to produce.
- Incorporate truck assembly process requirements into piping and bracket designs to ensure smooth installation and serviceability.
- Follow and apply established piping design guidelines throughout the design and documentation process.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to clarify requirements and resolve design issues.
- Review and refine designs based on feedback from manufacturing, assembly, and quality teams.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation to support traceability and future design updates.

- Knowledge of truck assembly processes and how they influence piping and bracket design.
- Familiarity with piping design guidelines and ability to apply them consistently.
- Ability to work accurately in a 3D CAD environment and translate models into clear 2D drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing designs that meet quality and safety standards.
