This role is highly focused on academic excellence and teacher development.

You will

- Design and facilitate teacher training programs for JEE/NEET educators.
- Conduct subject-specific workshops, bootcamps, refresher sessions, and career development programs.
- Build teacher capacity in pedagogy, classroom management, assessment practices,

and effective use of academic technology platforms.

- Develop training materials, teacher handbooks, question banks, instructional presentations, and academic resources.

What You’ll Actually Do Train and Develop Teachers Coach and Mentor Educators

- Conduct classroom observations (online and offline) to assess instructional quality.
- Provide structured coaching and actionable feedback through one-on-one mentoring.
- Support teachers in implementing feedback through follow-up coaching cycles.
- Identify and scale effective teaching practices across teacher cohorts.
- Provide subject expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, or Zoology for

JEE/NEET preparation.

- Support curriculum planning, lesson delivery, assessment design, and doubt resolution.




- Conduct model classes and demonstration sessions showcasing effective instructional practices.
- Identify recurring academic challenges and recommend strategies to improve classroom effectiveness.

Strengthen Academic Delivery Use Data to Improve Teaching

- Track teacher performance, instructional quality, and training participation.
- Analyze student outcomes and teacher performance trends to identify development needs.
- Generate insights that inform future training and coaching strategies.
- Maintain records of observations, coaching sessions, and professional development activities. Who We're Looking For: Skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
