Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging online sessions in phonics, speech, and communication for toddlers, school-age learners, working professionals, and adults across Indian and domestic regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lesson content, conducting live interactive classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback to support skill development.

The role involves creating digital learning materials, adapting teaching approaches for diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, and collaborating with the academic team to maintain high instructional standards. This is a full-time remote role that requires consistent availability, effective online classroom management,



and proactive communication with learners and their families or organizations.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in phonics instruction, early literacy development, and speech clarity for toddlers and young learners.
- Proficiency in public speaking, voice modulation, presentation skills, and communication coaching for working professionals and adults.
- Experience with online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and creating interactive e-learning content.
- Ability to design age-appropriate curricula, lesson plans, and learning activities for multiple age groups and diverse regional contexts.
- Excellent English language skills; comfort with Indian accents and multilingual environments is an advantage.
- Demonstrated skills in learner assessment, progress tracking, and providing individualized support and feedback.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity when working with learners from different regions and backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Linguistics, English, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics or public speaking are a plus.
- Prior experience in online education, coaching, or training in communication skills is highly beneficial.
- Reliable internet connectivity, familiarity with basic productivity tools, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
