- Work Mode: Work from Office

- Shift: Night Shift (US Shift

- Experience: 1 to 5 Years

- Level: SPE-5.5Lpa / SME-9Lpa

Candidates with Pharmacovigilance experience can also be considered if Medical Device Complaint Management experience is limited.

- Knowledge of Clinical Research & Pharmacovigilance process

- Key Responsibilities*

- Review complaint cases for accuracy,



consistency & compliance

- Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions & policies

- Track and communicate compliance metrics

- Handle case data review for special scenarios

- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for issue resolution

- Escalate critical issues/problems to management

- Provide training and support to team members

- Support commercial systems aligned with strategic initiatives

- Preferred Candidate Profile*

- Experience in Pharmacovigilance / Medical Device Complaint Management

- Strong quality & compliance understanding

- Comfortable working in US Night Shift

- Ability to work in rapid-paced environments
