Company Description LifeSpring Hospitals Private Ltd. is an expanding chain of small hospitals (20–25 beds) dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable health care to lower-income women and children across Andhra Pradesh. The hospitals serve families with modest household incomes, including daily wage earners and small business owners, who often lack access to reliable maternal and child health services.
LifeSpring focuses on delivering secure, respectful, and cost-effective care to communities that are traditionally underserved by mainstream health systems. The organization operates through a unique 50-50 equity partnership between Hindustan Latex (HLL), under India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, and Acumen Fund, a U.S.-based nonprofit global venture philanthropy fund. This mission-driven model offers healthcare professionals the opportunity to contribute to meaningful social impact while working in a structured and professionally managed environment.
