Core Responsibilities

CRM Analytics & Measurement

- Design and execute patient journey analyses, HCP segmentation models, and performance deep-dives using CRM data.
- Build strategic performance scorecards, engagement velocity metrics, and activity-based KPIs to track CRM campaign effectiveness.
- Measure personalized customer experiences across HCP, consumer, and medical affairs channels to optimize marketing strategies.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

- Ingest, engineer, and analyze large longitudinal datasets including claims, EMR, and CRM interaction logs.
- Build and productionize efficient data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
- Ensure data quality checks, governance, and reproducibility for auditable analyses.

Insight Generation & Storytelling

- Translate complex CRM and commercial data into explicit, actionable insights that inform brand strategy and resource allocation.
- Create concise narratives and visuals in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to communicate implications and next-best actions.




- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on hypotheses and drive adoption of insights in planning and field execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Education

Bachelor's in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field; Master's/MBA preferred
