Key Responsibilities

- Teaching & Curriculum: Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Classes 11 & 12 based on CBSE/ICSE/State board syllabi, covering core accounting concepts.
- Assessment & Feedback: Conduct tests, assignments, and evaluations; provide constructive feedback to students.
- Student Support: Mentor students for board exams and competitive exams, offering academic guidance.
- Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and a positive,



effective learning atmosphere.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student records (attendance, grades).
- Collaboration: Work with colleagues on curriculum, activities, and school events like parent-teacher meetings.
- Innovation: Incorporate technology and up-to-date teaching techniques.

Qualifications & Skills (Typical)
- Education: Postgraduate in Commerce/Accountancy (M.Com) with B.Ed..
- Experience: Previous teaching experience (often 3-5 years) is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent subject knowledge, strong communication, ability to create engaging materials.
