DCS AI Technologies develops advanced artificial intelligence platforms, cryptographic trust infrastructure, engineering systems, space-intelligence solutions and education technology.

Our key projects include R-Series, COSRYX, DCS Rank, DCS Sports, DCS Grid, and other emerging technology platforms.

We are hiring a technically strong Personal Assistant who can work directly with the Founder and combine executive assistance, technical coordination, project tracking and concise decision support.

This is not a conventional administrative or secretarial position. The selected candidate must be comfortable working with software engineers, technical documents, auditors, laboratories, lawyers, vendors and senior external stakeholders.

Role overview The Personal Assistant to Founder will manage the Founder’s daily schedule, communications, priorities and confidential documents while also coordinating technical and business workstreams.

The person must understand DCS products at a working level, convert verbal instructions into structured tasks and ensure that meetings, decisions, deadlines and follow-ups are completed without requiring constant Founder involvement.

The primary purpose of this role is to protect the Founder’s coding, research and strategic decision-making time.

Key responsibilities

Founder support and daily coordination

- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, calls, appointments, reminders and travel.
- Organise daily priorities and prepare a concise morning schedule.
- Maintain email folders, important communications and follow-up reminders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Ensure that urgent matters are separated from routine matters.
- Handle confidential Founder documents with complete discretion.
- Maintain a structured record of decisions, commitments and pending actions.

Technical project coordination

- Develop a working understanding of DCS Grid, R-Series, COSRYX, DCS Rank and other DCS products.
- Coordinate with software engineers, designers, security specialists, research teams and external technical partners.
- Convert Founder instructions, voice notes and messages into:

- Clear tasks

- Responsible owners

- Deadlines

- Dependencies
- Follow-up schedules
- Track engineering, audit, certification, hiring and product-development workstreams.
- Follow up with employees and external parties until assigned work is completed.
- Escalate only decisions or risks that genuinely require Founder approval.

Meetings and decision support

- Attend technical, operational and business meetings with the Founder.
- Prepare meeting agendas and collect required documents beforehand.
- Record minutes, decisions, owners and deadlines.
- Circulate action points promptly after meetings.




- Maintain an action tracker and ensure closure.
- Prepare short comparison sheets when the Founder must choose between vendors, candidates, products or technical options.
- Present complicated information in a clear one-page format.

Reports and documentation

- Read and summarise reports received from:

- Security auditors

- Radiation and testing laboratories

- Lawyers and consultants

- Employees and engineers

- Recruitment teams

- Investors and strategic partners
- Produce one-page summaries containing:

- Main findings

- Required decisions

- Risks

- Costs

- Deadlines

- Recommended next steps
- Maintain clean and searchable digital folders for:
- NCC Group and future security audits

- COSRYX testing and certification
- R-Series documentation

- Hiring and employee records

- Government registrations and tenders

- Investor materials

- Research and intellectual property

- Legal and compliance documents

Hiring and vendor coordination

- Coordinate candidate interviews and technical assignments.
- Maintain candidate status and interview schedules.
- Follow up with recruiters, shortlisted candidates and department heads.
- Coordinate external auditors, laboratories, consultants, lawyers and vendors.
- Collect quotations, proposals and required documents.
- Prepare comparison sheets before vendor selection.
- Track contracts, invoices, deliverables and follow-up dates.

Founder productivity protection

- Resolve routine scheduling, coordination and documentation matters independently.
- Prevent unnecessary interruptions during coding and research hours.
- Consolidate multiple questions into one structured decision brief.
- Maintain a daily priority list and weekly decision dashboard.
- Ensure that no important commitment, deadline or follow-up is missed.
- Bring the Founder only matters requiring strategic, financial or technical approval.

Required qualifications

- B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA or a comparable qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
- 3–7 years of experience in one or more of the following:

- Founder’s Office
- Executive assistance in a technology company

- Technical project coordination

- Product operations

- Program management

- Engineering coordination

- IT operations

- Working understanding of:

- Software development lifecycle

- APIs

- Cloud computing

- Artificial intelligence

- Cybersecurity

- GitHub workflows
- Project-management systems
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong documentation and summarisation ability.
- Ability to manage several confidential workstreams simultaneously.
- High level of discretion, reliability and follow-through.




- Comfortable working directly with the Founder and senior technical professionals.

Preferred skills

- Basic coding or scripting knowledge.
- Experience using GitHub, Jira, Notion, ClickUp, Slack or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports and decision documents.
- Experience coordinating technical vendors, auditors or consultants.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technical research.
- Ability to understand diagrams, technical specifications and product documentation.
- Experience in a startup, deep-tech, software, cybersecurity or research organisation.

- A daily priority brief for the Founder.
- A weekly dashboard of decisions, deadlines, risks and pending actions.
- Meeting minutes and action trackers issued within two hours of significant meetings.
- A structured system for converting Founder voice notes and instructions into executable tasks.
- A clean and searchable Founder’s Office knowledge repository.
- Properly maintained audit, certification, hiring, investor and research folders.
- Routine scheduling, hiring coordination, document collection and vendor follow-up handled without Founder involvement.
- Significant reduction in administrative interruptions during the Founder’s coding and research hours.

Practical interview assessment Shortlisted candidates may be given:

- One COSRYX or R-Series technical document
- One Founder voice note containing multiple instructions

The candidate will be asked to prepare:

1. A one-page summary
2. Key decisions required
3. Identified risks and missing information
4. Tasks, owners and deadlines
5. A follow-up tracker
6. A professional external email based on the instructions

The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate technical understanding, organisation, judgment, communication and ability to convert unstructured information into execution.

Important role condition

This is not a standard Personal Assistant role limited to calendar and travel management.

The selected candidate must be capable of understanding technical discussions, coordinating engineering workstreams, reading complex reports and supporting the Founder in making clear and timely decisions.

The position requires regular work from the DCS AI Technologies office in Gurugram. Remote and hybrid working are not available for this role because it involves confidential research, technical documents and sensitive company information.

Reporting The role reports directly to the Founder and CEO and will work with engineering, product, security, space, hiring, marketing, legal and external advisory teams.
