Role Description The Performance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing and branding performance across channels. The person in this role will track key metrics, run performance tests, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

They will collaborate with strategy, creative, and technology teams to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations and campaign adjustments.

The Performance

Specialist will prepare regular performance reports,



communicate findings to stakeholders, and support the continuous refinement of AI-driven and data-led marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Data Analysis to interpret performance metrics and identify actionable insights.
- Knowledge of Performance Management and Performance Testing to design, execute, and evaluate optimization experiments.
- Effective Communication skills to present complex data and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards, A/B testing tools) and basic understanding of SEO/SEM concepts, Meta ads management, Omni channel expertise.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, in office environment with a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, or optimization-focused roles is preferred.
