Job Summary

Were building a high-performance growth engine at Sporthood. Were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (2-3 years experience) who can own the entire lead funnel from campaign planning to lead generation, optimisation, reporting, and improving conversions. You will work across Meta, Google, landing pages, lead forms, CRM, and reporting to drive high-quality leads for our sports programs.

This is an ownership role. If youre only comfortable launching ads without analysing business outcomes, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities

- Own lead generation across: Meta Ads Google Ads Landing Pages Lead Forms CRM Lead Nurturing

- Plan and execute campaigns for: Sports - Football, Swimming Badminton Venue launches Tournaments Seasonal campaigns

- Own campaign performance by improving: Lead volume Lead quality Cost Per Lead (CPL) Conversion rates Budget efficiency

- Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations and Marketing to improve the complete customer journey.

- Build dashboards and weekly reports to monitor campaign performance.

- Continuously test audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages to improve results.

- Maintain tracking using Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM parameters and CRM integrations.

Requirements





- 2-3 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience

- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager

- Strong experience with Google Ads

- Experience managing lead generation campaigns

- Good understanding of GA4, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking

- Strong analytical and reporting skills

- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

- Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail

Skills

- AI + Tools: Comfortable using: Google Workspace, ChatGPT / Gemini, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel / Google Sheets

- Ability to use AI to: Generate ad copy

- Ability to use AI to: Research audiences

- Ability to use AI to: Analyse campaign performance

- Ability to use AI to: Speed up reporting

- Ability to use AI to: Improve campaign optimisation

Location: Bangalore (On-site, Full time)
