This full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Specialist role is based in Gurugram and focuses on driving measurable growth across digital channels. The specialist will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and other paid channels to achieve acquisition, engagement, and conversion targets. Daily responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking key metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing data-driven improvements.

The role also involves collaborating with sales, product, and brand teams to align messaging, refine audience targeting, and support integrated marketing initiatives.

The Performance Marketing

Specialist will test creatives and landing pages, run A/B experiments, and report regularly on performance results and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing within B2B or SaaS environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including comfort with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and adapt to a rapid-paced, evolving environment.
