Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can manage and scale multi-platform PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Shopify-based funnels.

This role is about driving measurable growth — leads, conversions, and revenue, not just managing ad accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Shopify-focused campaigns to drive conversions and revenue
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, bid strategies, and budget allocation
- Improve key metrics: CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, ROAS
- Build and scale retargeting and funnel-based campaigns

Email & Automation
- Create and optimize email workflows using tools like HubSpot
- Build lead nurturing and re-engagement campaigns
- Improve open rates,



CTR, and conversions

Analytics & Tracking
- Set up and manage tracking via:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager
- Analyze performance and generate actionable insights
- Report on campaign performance weekly/monthly

Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Hands-on experience with Shopify performance marketing
- Strong understanding of targeting, retargeting, and funnel strategy
- Proven ability to reduce CPA and scale ROAS
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
