We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in managing high-budget digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads, a strong analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities-

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns .
- Manage monthly ad budgets of ₹20–30 Lakhs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights .
- Work closely with the SEO, Content, and Design teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates .

Requirements-

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience managing large advertising budgets.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Agency experience will be an added advantage.
