Reporting to: Head – Digital Strategy At Wirality, we believe there are brands, consumers, and the internet connecting the two and we exist at that intersection to create growth through culture, creativity, and performance. Our philosophy is ART × MATH where creative thinking and media intelligence work together to deliver stronger business outcomes. We’re now looking for someone to lead and redefine Performance Marketing at Wirality. This is not a campaign management role.

This is for someone who can build the next chapter of performance — through strategy, leadership, innovation, and business growth. What success in this role looks like:

Building and scaling a high-performing performance marketing function

Creating performance playbooks, systems, and ways of working

Growing client accounts while owning delivery excellence

Driving new business opportunities and expanding service offerings

Building stronger integration between creative, media, analytics, and culture

Owning cluster growth and commercial outcomes What you’ll lead:

Strategic growth plans across client portfolios

Team development, mentorship, and performance culture

Full-funnel performance strategy — acquisition, conversion, retention & LTV

New-age performance models including creator-led growth, UGC and AI-enabled media buying

Quarterly and annual growth planning across accounts

P&L; ownership, forecasting,



profitability and scalable delivery We’d love to meet someone who has:

5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience

Experience building and managing high-performing teams

Proven success scaling accounts and improving ROAS

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills

Experience developing frameworks, processes and performance systems A track record in business growth and portfolio expansion Platform & Capability Expectations:

→ Meta Ads Manager

→ Google Suite (Search, Performance Max, Discovery, YouTube)

→ Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Looker Studio

→ Hotjar, CRO & experimentation platforms

→ E-commerce performance ecosystems (Shopify & tracking stacks)

→ UGC-led performance campaigns and creator-driven growth models What will set you apart?
