Job Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. You should have managed monthly ad budgets of ₹80,000–₹1,00,000+ and know how to improve results using data.
Key Responsibilities
- Run and optimize paid ads (Google & Meta)
- Handle E-commerce and Lead Generation campaigns
- Track and improve CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS & conversions
- Suggest creative improvements
- Attend client calls and share performance updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience managing ₹80K–₹1L+ monthly budgets
- Strong understanding of ad metrics
- Positive communication skills
- Shopify analytics knowledge is a plus
