This role is for someone who: ● Has actually managed budgets and delivered results ● Understands AI + automation in marketing ● Can build systems, not just campaigns What You Will Do ● Run and scale campaigns on: ○ Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ○ LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen + ABM) ○ Meta Ads Manager ● Drive: ○ B2B lead generation (primary focus) ○ Hospitality leads & bookings ● Own performance metrics: CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate ● Build automation flows: Website Form → CRM → WhatsApp → Email → Retargeting ● Use AI tools for execution (not just content): ○ ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity ○ AdCreative.ai, Optmyzr, Opteo ● Set up automation using:
