- Running paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms without burning the budget too quickly.
- Turning ₹ into ? by optimizing campaigns for better ROI.
- A/B testing everything, from ad copies to audiences, because guessing is not a strategy.
- Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on performance, with the ability to justify changes in metrics such as CPL.
- Working closely with the creative team to make ads that actually get clicks.
- Keeping up with trends, algorithm updates, and sudden platform mood swings.

???? ??’?? ??????? ??? :
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads & analytics tools.
- Comfortable with data, dashboards, and decoding numbers into insights.




- Someone who knows that “boosting a post” is not a strategy.
- Basic understanding of funnels, attribution, and customer journeys.
- A problem-solver who can think beyond “increase budget”.

- Demonstrated experience in optimizing underperforming campaigns and improving results.
- Ability to clearly explain ROAS in a straightforward and understandable manner.
- Strong perspective on ad creatives, with the confidence to share insights and recommendations.
