We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of campaign execution and optimization while working closely with the founder and senior performance marketers. What You'll Do

Build, launch, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns.

Manage campaign structure, audiences, budgets, bidding, and creative testing.

Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize based on data.

Prepare performance reports and identify actionable insights.

Collaborate with the creative team on ad concepts and testing.

Participate in client review calls and communicate campaign performance professionally.

Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar to improve research, reporting, copywriting, and workflows. Requirements

1–2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Experience handling live advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns.





Good understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Pixel, and conversion tracking.

Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.

Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Comfortable using AI tools in daily work.

Agency or D2C eCommerce experience is a plus. What You'll Get
