We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Associate to support our growth initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer acquisition through effective marketing strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Track and analyze key performance metrics and prepare regular reports.





Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

Support lead generation, user acquisition, and brand growth initiatives.

Ensure proper tracking and reporting across marketing channels. REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1-2 experience in Performance Marketing Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
