Role: Performance & Growth Marketing Specialist The candidate must be highly skilled and hands-on in:

- Google Ads and paid social media campaigns
- B2B SaaS lead generation
- LinkedIn and Meta campaign management
- Landing pages and conversion optimization
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking
- Retargeting, A/B testing, and performance reporting
- Generating measurable leads and pipeline, not just impressions or followers

We are looking for solid executors who can demonstrate relevant projects, campaigns, or measurable results. Candidates must be able to contribute from day one and work with high ownership. Preferred: Landing-page optimization, copywriting, A/B testing, B2B SaaS marketing, campaign reporting, and CRM experience.
