The role involves installation, Configuration & Customization of the Dynatrace platform.

Key responsibilities include setting up dashboards, creating alerts, analyzing performance data, and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal system performance and user experience.

- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents and environments.
- Monitor application performance,



infrastructure, and services.
- Create and manage custom dashboards, reports, and alerts.
- Configure & customize for & using Smartscape topology, Distributed tracing, Notebooks, Workflows, Real user monitoring (RUM) Synthetic monitoring, Alerts, Manual tagging, Maintenance windows etc Professional & Technical Skills:
- Experience in Dynatrace administration, monitoring, and performance management.
- Experience in application development using at least one programing language & SQL - Strong understanding of infrastructure, application performance, and cloud environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes, DevOps, or SRE practices is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
