Hiring: PeopleDoc Consultant – Workday Template Migration (Remote India)

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Contract: Full-Time Contract until December 2026 (Extension Possible)

We are looking for an experienced PeopleDoc Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleDoc Document Generation and Document Management , combined with a solid understanding of Workday HCM , to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative.

This role will focus on migrating HR document templates from Workday to PeopleDoc , ensuring seamless document generation, data accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

Primary Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with PeopleDoc Document Generation
- Deep understanding of PeopleDoc Document Management , employee files, retention policies, and document workflows




- Proven experience migrating document templates from Workday to PeopleDoc
- Experience with template libraries, document metadata, access controls, and archiving processes
- Knowledge of GDPR, auditability, retention requirements, and secure HR document management
- Experience handling document formatting, branding standards, and multilingual templates
