About the Role

Pentabay Softwares Inc. is looking for an experienced People Manager to lead and support our employees while fostering a positive, disciplined, and high-performing workplace.

This is not an HR, Recruitment, Project Management, or Technical role. We are seeking a strong people leader who can effectively manage employees, resolve workplace challenges, drive accountability, and work closely with leadership to build a culture of ownership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support employees across the organization.

Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to understand employee concerns, motivation, and growth.

Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.

Drive employee accountability, professionalism, and workplace discipline.

Resolve workplace conflicts with fairness and professionalism.

Partner with leadership on employee performance and organizational improvements.

Identify performance concerns and facilitate constructive improvement discussions.

Handle sensitive employee matters, including disciplinary actions and employee exits,



with leadership approval.

Promote employee engagement, recognition, and continuous development.

Maintain confidentiality while handling people-related matters.

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
