Job Summary MedChoice Healthcare Services is looking for a PCB Technician (Soldering) to join our Electronics team. The ideal candidate should have an ITI or Diploma in Electronics with hands-on experience in PCB assembly, soldering, de-soldering, repair, and troubleshooting. The candidate should possess a valuable understanding of electronic components, PCB assembly processes, testing methods, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform precision soldering and de-soldering of SMD and through-hole electronic components
- Assemble, repair, and rework printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to work instructions
- Inspect solder joints and completed PCB assemblies to ensure quality and reliability
- Troubleshoot and repair faulty electronic components and PCBs
- Read and follow circuit diagrams, schematics, PCB layouts, and assembly instructions
- Perform continuity and functional testing using multimeters and other testing equipment
- Work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues and improve product quality
- Follow Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection procedures while handling electronic components
- Maintain soldering stations, tools, and testing equipment in proper working condition
- Record assembly, repair,



testing, and quality inspection details accurately
- Follow company quality standards, assembly procedures, and workplace safety guidelines

Requirements
- Good knowledge of electronic components and PCB assembly
- Hands-on experience in SMD and through-hole soldering
- Knowledge of soldering, de-soldering, PCB repair, and rework techniques
- Ability to read electronic schematics and circuit diagrams
- Familiarity with multimeters and basic electronic diagnostic tools
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualification
- ITI in Electronics
- Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- Certification in PCB Soldering or Electronics Assembly will be an added advantage

Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in PCB assembly, soldering, electronics repair, or electronics manufacturing

Additional Information Candidates with experience in PCB assembly, PCB repair, soldering, de-soldering, electronics troubleshooting, quality inspection, and electronic manufacturing processes will be preferred. Fresh candidates with practical PCB soldering skills and relevant technical training may also be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
