Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of PCB manufacturing and SMT assembly machines.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic faults in production equipment.

- Carry out routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of machines.

- Minimize production downtime by responding promptly to machine breakdowns.

- Maintain daily maintenance logs, machine history records, and service reports.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Process Engineering, and Stores departments for maintenance activities.

- Install, commission, and relocate manufacturing equipment as required.

- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.





- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and raise material requisitions when necessary.

- Coordinate with OEM service engineers during major repairs and annual maintenance activities.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with ESD, IPC, safety, and quality standards.

- Train machine operators on daily machine care, autonomous maintenance, and protected operating practices.

- Support TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
