Role & responsibilities

- Diagnose hardware faults in electronic products.

- Perform component-level repair of PCBs and motherboards.

- Repair Interactive Flat Panels, OPS PCs, Mini PCs, Android motherboards and power boards.

- Troubleshoot no-power, no-display, touch, HDMI, USB, LAN, boot, audio and charging issues.

- Identify faulty ICs, MOSFETs, capacitors, resistors, connectors, RAM slots, SSD slots and PCB tracks.

- Replace defective electronic components using soldering and hot-air rework stations.

- Perform functional testing and quality checks after repair.

- Update repair status and service reports accurately in ERPNext.

- Maintain repair quality and agreed turnaround time (TAT).

- Coordinate with IQC, Final Testing and Production teams.
