and product finishing to meet industrial quality standards.
1. Testing, Inspection & Quality Control
- Conduct basic functional testing of assembled home automation products, including power-on testing, signal connectivity, and basic function verification.
- Identify faulty units, record defect details, and perform rework or report technical issues to the supervisor.
- Perform visual inspection of PCBs, soldering points, wiring, and product appearance to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain production quality records, assembly logs, and defect tracking reports daily.
1. Production Support & Workshop Maintenance
- Maintain soldering irons, magnifiers, ESD tools, testers, and other assembly equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to ESD (electrostatic discharge) safety standards to protect sensitive electronic components.
- Keep the workstation clean, organized, and compliant with 5S workshop management standards.
- Assist in prototype assembly, sample testing, and small-batch trial production as required.
- Cooperate with the production team to meet daily output targets and ensure on-time delivery.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Education & Experience
