Role Description A high-responsibility, patient-facing role combining clinical counselling, conversion management, and OPD operations.

The candidate will act as the first point of structured interaction, ensuring smooth patient flow, high conversion rates, and premium patient experience aligned with Purple Heron’s standards. Key Responsibilities

- Handle OPD enquiries (walk-ins, calls, digital leads)
- Counsel patients on treatments, procedures,



timelines & costs
- Convert consultations into admissions/procedures
- Manage appointments, waiting time & doctor coordination
- Ensure seamless single-window patient experience
- Follow up with leads, pending decisions & scheduled procedures
- Coordinate with billing, insurance & internal teams ? Ideal Candidate

✔ Experience in hospital counselling / medical coordinator role

✔ Solid communication & persuasion skills

✔ Understanding of patient psychology

✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities professionally

✔ Hindi + English fluency Preferred Experience:

Plastic Surgery | Cosmetic | Orthopaedics | IVF | Medical Tourism | CRM
