Pastry Commi & DCDP for a Gourmet Catering Company.

Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and plated desserts according to recipes and presentation standards.

- Assist with menu development and seasonal dessert specials.

- Scale recipes and produce consistent, high-quality products for catered events.

- Decorate cakes and desserts with attention to detail and presentation.

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the pastry kitchen.

- Monitor inventory and assist with ordering pastry ingredients and supplies.

- Properly label, date, and store products following food safety standards.

- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely event production.

- Assist with setup and packaging for off-site catering events as needed.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
