Role Description

This is a full time, hybrid role based in Gurgaon You'll own new brand acquisition end to end, identifying, pitching, and signing the brands that belong on Hubb. This is a founding-team seat with real ownership over which brands join the platform and how we pitch them.

Responsibilities

- Identify and build a pipeline of premium brands worth having on Hubb, across food, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle
- Reach out cold via DM, email, or in person, founder-to-founder in tone, no generic sales pitches or deck dumps
- Pitch Hubb's value proposition clearly and confidently, without leading with discounts or cashback
- Negotiate and close onboarding agreements, coordinating handoff to the Partner Success side once a brand is live
- Track pipeline health: outreach volume, response rates, conversion from first contact to signed partner
- Work closely with the founder on which brands fit Hubb's curation standard,

Qualifications Must-have

- Strong communicator, comfortable with cold outreach and direct, no-fluff conversations
- Genuine interest in premium brands and the hospitality/retail/lifestyle space
- Early-career (0-3 yrs), eager to learn sales and partnerships, not looking for a narrow, single-skill role

Preferred

- Familiarity with Delhi NCR's premium brand and venue landscape
- Prior internship or experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Comfortable meeting brand owners in person, not just over calls or DMs
- Candidates working within the going-out space will be highly preferred. Prior Experience in the same category will be required.
