Job Title: Partner Operations Executive

Role Overview The Partner Operations Executive will be responsible for managing ongoing engagement with assigned channel partners to drive partner success and business growth. The role focuses on understanding partner business performance, monitoring inventory and sales trends, identifying opportunities and risks, and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Working closely with internal stakeholders, the incumbent will ensure timely follow-ups, effective issue resolution, and a seamless partner experience while contributing to the overall success of the channel business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with assigned channel partners on a regular basis (weekly/monthly).
- Track partner inventory, stock movement, and product consumption.
- Understand sales cycle and demand of partners.
- Identify partners with declining sales and update timely so that I can understand the root cause timely and take action.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, pipeline, and action items.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business insight reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve partner issues and improve partner experience.
- Follow up on leads and help me qualify them to open opportunities and ensure timely closure of action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer success, channel operations and telecalling.




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making calls and following structured engagement plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple partner accounts.
