What You'll Do

- Coordinate and support day-to-day video production activities.
- Review actor and model applications, assist with screening, and support the casting process.
- Coordinate auditions, interviews, and casting schedules.
- Communicate and build professional relationships with models, actors, and production team members.
- Assist with production planning, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Manage virtual meetings and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Perform general administrative and coordination tasks.

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal (PR) skills.
- Is broad-minded, professional,



and comfortable working in the entertainment and creative industry.
- Can confidently interact with models, actors, casting professionals, and other creative talent.
- Has a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable setup for video conferencing.
- Is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Interest in filmmaking, video production, script writing, or the entertainment industry.
- Experience in talent scouting, casting coordination, or artist management.
- Experience with virtual coordination or production assistance.
