Orchids The International School is looking for a agile and result-oriented Parent Relationship Manager (PRM) for its Panathur Branch, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective parents, converting enquiries into admissions, managing the complete admission lifecycle, and delivering an exceptional parent experience while achieving admission targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and academic offerings.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, online, and referral enquiries.
- Conduct engaging campus tours and provide detailed information about the school.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and regular follow-ups.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for a seamless admission process.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Participate in admission drives, events, and promotional activities.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of admission documents.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Admissions, Counselling, Sales, Business Development, BFSI, Education, Retail, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working on weekends during the admission season.
