Role & responsibilities

1. Robust understanding of Surface Treatment & Liquid Paint Process

2. Expertise in identifying and analyzing paint defects

3. Knowledge of 5W2H reporting, 7 QC Tools, and problem-solving techniques

4. Experience with Paint Testing Methods & Standards (HES)

5. Understanding of problem handling routes and engineering drawings

6. Daily Red Bin Analysis and internal rejection monitoring

7. Hands-on experience with DFT Meter, Gloss Meter, Micrometer, and other inspection instruments

8. Preparation of Inspection Standards, Work Instructions, Appearance Standards, and Skill Matrix

9. Basic understanding of Chemical Testing

10. Awareness of Customer Audits and IATF Standards
